REFUND POLICY

At The Creative Studio Agency, we curate elevated social experiences for guests at premium venues. Because events require advance planning, venue reservations, and limited seating, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness for both guests and venues.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final once confirmed, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

1. Event Cancellation
If The Creative Studio Agency cancels an event for any reason, guests will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer the ticket to a future event.

2. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled:

  • Ticket holders may attend the new date, or

  • Request a full refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Travel delays or transportation issues

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Late arrivals

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend an event, tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

The Creative Studio Agency may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations.
